Thanks for the feedback! I really appreciate it. I wanted to take the time to respond to Carol's question. Since I was focused on practicing drawing in 3D, I look at the reference and visually dissected it into 5 parts. From there, I looked at the reference image and drew what I saw, so this was not traced. How I went about doing the details can be seen in the video.

i love the way u make the lines look like the were really made bynmother nature but they werent. the lines flow together smoothly and dont get all jaged at pionts of the drawing. this is buetifully done by a practiced hand. the planets in the backgruond though could use a bit more work

I just looove space paintings.

I love astronomy pictures! This scene is purely artistic though. It doesn't match anywhere in our solar system. The only moon that has an atmosphere is Titan and You can't see saturns rings so this is just artistic vision.

Ganymede12, yes, it is artistic vision. However, we still explore space to expand our knowledge and find the unknown. I also happen to be a Star Trek fan, so I never limit myself to the 8 planets in our solar system.
