Incredible! I don't like Pokemon (but I know most of them because of my cousin), but this picture of Dialga and Palkia is amazing. They are the only Pokemon I do like, and you drew and detailed them perfectly. Great job!

Gen 4 ruined Pokemon for years until Black and White came out. Gen 4 kicked all the other generations in the face with evolutions to past pokemon that didnt need evolutions. Only a few Sinnoh pokemon are good...

The layers add a nice 3D effect. I've seen attempts at splitting characters across different layers, and most didn't work out. This isn't one of those.
And I'm glad to see someone thinks D/P saved thr series. Many people seem to be of a different opinion.
