You get to be the mayor and build any kind of buildings you want also you can swim and the map is so big and the train comes back !

It;s confirmed to be released in the first half of 2013 for Europe, and probably even sooner for North America since that's almost always the case with games.

I don't care when people say all the AC games are the same with minor differences. I OWN THEM ALL. (4 broken copies of the GC version, 2 of the Wii because of my brother)

Fun Fact: Animal Crossing was originally a N64 game released exclisively in Japan. (see Animal Forest) It was released in America soon after the Gamecube was released.
